Nous sommes un couple d'étudiant et nous possédons
un duplex faisant partie intégrante d'un pavillon, avec jardin où l'on
peut manger et un parking privé. Il est situé dans une zone pavillonnaire
de TOULOUSE.
L'appartement est composé d'une cuisine-coin repas au rez-de-chaussé, et à
l'étage de 2 chambres, un petit salon et une salle de bain avec douche et
WC.
La cuisine est équipée d'un four micro-onde, d'un four, de plaques
chauffantes, d'un frigo et d'une machine à laver le linge.
Il y a un ordinateur avec accès à l'ADSL Internet et la télévision est sur
l'ordinateur.
L'appartement est situé à 15 minutes à pied du métro et l'arrêt de bus le
plus proche pour le centre ville est situé à 2 minutes à pied. L'accès au
centre ville se fait en 15 min avec le métro ou en 30 min avec le bus.
A proximité, possibilités d'accès des activités : piscine, parc, centre
aéré, ludothèque, bibliothèque, golf, basket, football, possibilté
également d'aller se promener dans un forêt.

We are a couple of student and we have a duplex
forming integral part of a house, with garden where one can eat and a
private carpark. It is located in a suburban zone of TOULOUSE. The
apartment is composed of a kitchen-corner meal with ground floor, and on
the floor of 2 rooms, a small living room and a bathroom with shower and
WC. The kitchen is equipped with a furnace microwave, a furnace,
hotplates, of a refrigerator and a washing machine. There is a computer

bus nearest for the centre town is located at 2 minutes with foot. The
access to the centre town is done in 15 min with the subway or 30 min with
