Our house is located in a small farming hamlet of
Henton close to Chinnor, 45 miles West of London and 22 miles East of
Oxford. Heathrow airport is 35 miles and Luton airport 30 miles. There is
a train service close by [3 miles 5 mins by car] to London and takes 45
minutes. There are usually sheep, horses or cattle in the field opposite
the front of the house. There is a Hotel/Restaurant 5 mins walk. We have
two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms with a sitting area one
curently being renovated. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed with
en-suite bathroom. Our fith bedroom is used as a working business studio.
There is a separate bathroom plus a ground floor toilet. There is a
sitting area as you enter the house with kitchen and dining area
adjoining. Living room/TV, study and a sewing room. Area of house approx
250 Sq M. Retired architect, my wife and I love to travel and now wish to
consider our first home exchange.
