Sleeps 5: A large upstairs bedroom & bathroom with a small view of Mission Bay and the hills to the south. Downstairs there's a small bedroom with a twin bed & bath. The living room couch pulls out into a very comfortable queen-sized bed. There's a sitting room with TV and VCR, many CD's (mostly classical), a small back yard with fruit trees.

The exterior of the house is newly painted. Back yard has fruit trees. Citrus is almost always producing--lemons limes, grapefruit, oranges. We would like it if our guests water the yard. We would, of course, take care of your garden.

We are one block from the bay, across from Sea World, about a mile from the Pacific Ocean. A quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It’s two blocks to a bus line which connects to all areas of San Diego. We have two bicycles, many books, a harpsichord and piano. All the usual appliances.

We have no pets. I am allergic to cats and dogs -- can't be in a space which has had either in the recent past. We prefer that exchangers not smoke in the house.
