Close to "Champs de Mars" Park (50 meters) and the "Eiffel Tower" (300 meters)- this is a south exposed flat, with view of the "Eiffel Tower", decorated with all antique furniture, on the fifth store, in an old building with lift. Living room with TV, VCR and hifi stereo/CD player, Dining room . Kitchen with all modern and usual appliances. 2 bedrooms : one with a simple bed - one person (90/190cm) and the other with a double bed - Queen Size(160/200 cm). Bathroom with tub/shower. In the heart of Paris, near all monuments, museums, restaurants and entertainment, and of course " the great Eiffel Tower"!
We are 2 adults, no smoking, 52 and 57 years old, a boy of 12 .
We exchanged in 2000(Florida ), 2001(California), 2002 QUEBEC, 2003 BARCELONA , 2005 : AUSTRIA, 2006 : SLOVENIA and everybody said to be very well treated and had appreciate the neighboroug.

APPARTEMENT A PARIS CENTRE OUEST
Libelle : Notre Appartement est situé à quelques mètres de la Tour Eiffel, en face du Champs de Mars, dans un quartier calme et résidentiel, près des restaurants, des musées et à 15 mm à pied des Champs Elysées.
4 pièces 70 m2 orienté plein sud sur balcon, 5 eme étage, ascenseur : 1 chambre avec un grand lit (Queen Size Bed) , 1 Chambre avec 1 lit simple : 90cm/190 cm, 1 living room avec salle à manger et salon avec TV, VCR, Hi-Fi. 1 Salle de Bain avec baignoire/douche et une cuisine avec four, lave Vaisselle, lave-linge , ...
Le tout est décoré avec soins et meubles anciens.
Nous sommes 2 adultes, non fumeurs, 57 et 52 ans, et un garçon de 12 ans.
Nous sommes ouvert à toute offre pour le mois de AOUT 2007(periode de nos Vacances cette année),dans un pays que nous ne connaissons pas encore si possible
Nous avons déjà fait des échanges en 2000 (Floride), 2001 (Californie), QUEBEC 2002 , Barcelone (2003), Autriche (2005), Slovenie (2006) et tous ceux qui sont venus nous ont dit avoir été très bien reçus et avoir apprécié notre quartier comme un havre de paix en plein PARIS.
