Our house is a large, beautiful Victorian
two-family house located in picturesque Fanwood, NJ.
We live in the upstairs
apartment. It has three big bedrooms, a large living room with a small office
attached. There is an eat-in kitchen a large bathroom and small
laundry room
with washer/dryer. A big patio and yard with playset are out back.
Access
to a minivan is possible.
The town has nice restaurants and local activities.
Schools are great! We are one block from New York City trains and buses.
NYC and the Jersey shore are both 30-60 minutes away.
Perfect for a family.

Notre
maison est grande, belle et Victorienne. Elle contient deux appartements et nous
habitons dans la deuxieme etage.
L'appartement a trois grandes chambres, un
large sejour, un petit bureau, une grande cuisine, une salle de bain et un petit
piece pour faire le menage.
Acces au minivan est possible.
La
ville a des bons restaurants.
Les ecoles sont merveilleux! Nous sommes pres
des transports au New York.
Parfaite pour une famille.
