It is a land of rivers and lochs, hills and forests with over 300 kilometers of coastline winding between craggy headlands and sandy coves. It is an area of many fine sandy beaches and sheltered fishing Ports.
This is the land of Robert Burns who lives on in the memory and life of the Region.
Sir Walter Scott, James Barrie, John Buchanan, Gavin Maxwell, Wordsworth and many other well known personalities all knew and loved this land.

Additional Double Bed sofa/divan can be used in Ground floor Entrance Hall which can be used as a Bedroom in the evening.

Additional Double Bed can be made from sofa/divan bed in ground floor Sitting room, converting the room to a bedroom in the evening.

Three separate Lawns are available for Picnic or Barbecue.
The ground floor Patio is Surrounded by glass wind-break and has lounge seating for 8 Persons.
Extensive Walks ( Fell - Loch - Woods - Hills - Coast ) starting from and in the Grounds of the House.
