Nous habitons paris 20è- près du cimetiere du père Lachaise. Nous échangeons un appart. 2 pièces ( 65m2) avec cuisine - sdb.-salon ( canapé-lit 2 places ), il y a une chambre avec un lit en mezzanine ( idéal pour un enfant/une personne ), une seconde chambre en alcôve, près du salon - qui n'est donc pas une pièce fermée.
Il y a le nécéssaire : lave linge, refrigérateur, congélateur, four...
L'appartement est lumineux, au 5è et dernier étage avec ascenseur. Il est situé dans un quartier animé et assez populaire. Il y a 3 stations de métro au alentours, c'est donc facile d'accès, il y a également beaucoup de commerces de proximité.

We
are living in the 20arr. Paris, between the park "buttes chaumont" and
oberkampf, the area of many night clubs, restaurant and concert halls. Possibility
3 metro station around.
We have a 65sq.m. : kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom
(a single bed), and 1 double bed (curtained off ) near the living room. We have
a convertible sofa too, for 2 pers. All appliances ( oven, microw, fridge, freezer,
washing machine. The appatment is sunny with a view of paris. It's on the 4th
(top) floor with elevator.
Mi app. se situa en Paris (este) cerca del Père Lachaise y de la rua Oberkampf. Se compone de 2 dormitorios; unos con una cama de nino menos de 3 anos.
