Our townhouse is located in an adult oriented complex and contains only 20 units. Our unit is approximately 1150 square feet. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen size bed, adjoining bathroom, and ocean glimpses available through a large bay window, as well as a second bedroom which has been converted to a computer room with a double pullout hideabed, and a second bathroom. On the main floor, you will find a newly decorated kitchen with all of the appliances, a third bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The dining room is off the kitchen and leading to the living room which contains a propane gas fireplace, a 27" T.V., Stereo, chesterfield, loveseat, and 2 lazy boy armchairs.

The dining room opens onto a large deck with a propane barbecue and outdoor furnishings of table, chairs & umbrella. There is a beautiful landscaped backyard containing a variety of shrubs and flowers, such as, hydrangea, roses, azaleas, rhododendrons, camellia, and other varieties which provide some form of colour all through the year. The center concourse in the front features a large stand of unique arbutus trees found only on the Island. A 1998 Plymouth Caravanis also available for exchange.

Our home is situated on the outskirts of beautiful Victoria , British Columbia, voted one of the best cities in the world to visit. Our townhouse is situated halfway up a mountain and is located about 5 minutes from the Straits of Juan de Fuca which separates Vancouver Island from Washington State in the U.S. and about 18 minutes to downtown Victoria. There are many world class golf courses minutes away. The weather in Victoria is very moderate and rarely goes below 0 degrees Celsius during the winter. It is possible to golf here during the winter months or drive up island to ski at one of the many ski resorts only a couple of hours away. Other interesting activities include tours of the world famous Butchart Gardens, Craigdarroch Castle, or Hatley Castle, or enjoying whale watching tours, antique shopping, or hiking one of the many trails or beaches.
