In the spring, the flowers are like someone threw cans of paint over the town. Home to two major universities and the capitol of Florida. Great place to explore the "real Florida". Within an hour to the beautiful blue water of the Gulf of Mexico and the Panhandle of Florida where you can find some of the "old Florida". To the north is the Plantation Country of South Georgia. There are seventy-two plantations in the area and the charming town of Thomasville, Georgia is a joy to explore.

Our home is 2800 sq. ft plus a screened porch looking over the ninth tee. We have three bedrooms, two and one-half baths, LR, DR, eat-in kitchin, laundry room, two car garage and all on one floor. It is an ideal neighborhood for walking and we may be able to arrange golf, swimming and tennis for our guest. There is also a canoe for our lakes, fishing, golf cart and auto available. A real vacation if you don't even want to leave the communtity.

This house would be comfortable for two to four adults. It is a no pet, no smoking home. We are interested in traveling anywhere at almost anytime.
