We live in a large house at SAINT JEAN DE BOURNAY (Rhône-Alpes , FRANCE), 1/2 hour from LYON South-East
Our family: 2 parents, 6 children (2,4,6,9,11 and 13 years old)
OUR HOUSE:
large old house, with charm and character, 400 m² net of living surface, on top of a hill, with nice view
* in the center of our little town (4000 inhab),
in a quiet area
* on the ground floor: 2 living rooms (TV, VCR), dining room,
kitchen (dishwasher, microwave,...), Cellar (washing machine,dryer), 1 bathroom
* 1st floor : 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
* 2nd floor : 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
* garden (4000 m² of grounds), with trees (a giant Sequoia), kids swingset
and outdoor toys, lawn chairs, entirely closed by garden wall, total privacy,
terrace.
We can lend a car (RENAULT ESPACE, 7 seats and air-conditionned)
We
have a small dog, 3 cats, 2 rabbits (in a cage) that we can bring with us or leave
in the house or have them watched elsewhere.
We are non-smokers and our friends
smoke outside.

Nous habitons une grande maison à SAINT JEAN DE BOURNAY (Rhône-Alpes , FRANCE),1/2h au Sud-Est de LYON.
Notre famille: 2 parents, 6 enfants (2, 4, 6, 9, 11 et 13 ans)
Notre maison: Grande maison ancienne de caractère,
400m², sur une colline, vue dégagée. Plein centre village (4000
hab), dans un quartier calme ,
au RdC: : 2 salons(TV, VCR), SàM, cuisine
(LV, MO, ...), Cellier (MàL, SL), 1 SdB
au 1er étage : 3 chambres,
1 SdB
au 2éme étage : 4 chambres, 1 SdB
Jardin 3000 m²,
arbres, 1 Séquoia géant !, jeux d'enfants, mobilier de jardin et
chaises longues, entièrement clos, sans vis à vis cour, parking.
Nous
pouvons prêter une voiture (RENAULT ESPACE) et quelques vélos
Nous
avons 1 petit chien, 2 chats, 2 lapins (en cage extérieure) que nous pouvons
emporter ou laisser dans la maison ou faire garder ailleurs.
Nous sommes non-fumeurs
et nos amis fument dans le jardin.
