Our home has two areas, the main floor is on the upper level. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a queen size bed; the living room with gas fireplace; the dining room; the family room with TV/VCR, stereo, sofabed which sleeps two and the computer;

the main bathroom with tub and shower; the smaller bathroom with shower stall; the modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove etc.
Just outside the kitchen door is a large deck. On the deck is a gas barbeque, lots of patio furniture and a nice view of the surrounding area.
The lower or ground level of the house contains a one bedroom apartment which we use mainly for visiting family and friends. We sometimes also rent the apartment on a short term basis.

The apartment has a separate kitchen with a stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave etc. The very pretty view from the kitchen window is of the yard and apple trees. There is a living room with a sectional sofa which converts to a very comfortable double bed so four people can be accommodated. There is also a TV/VCR, a stereo plus CD player. The bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed. The bathroom has a tub with shower. The suite is completely separate and private from the main part of the house. It is perfect for non simultaneous exchanges! We have arranged exchanges this way and have moved into the suite to leave the main portion of the house for our partners. The lower level of the house also has the laundry room with washer and dryer and the garage.
