I have a condo in Oakland and am centrally
located near Adams Point near the Piedmont border. There are many freeways in
the area that will get you to your destinations such as Lake Tahoe, Yosemite,
San Francisco, Napa, Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur, Mendocino, Bodega Bay, and many
more! I live in one of the best places on earth! I am also near Berkeley and 15
minutes away from San Francisco.
Even Oakland has lots to offer. We have a
larger zoo than San Francisco, we have museums and shopping, and we have some
really great hiking trails.
I have lots of experience as a house swapper
and have swapped in Puerto Vallarta, Quebec, Vancouver, Sydney, Santa Cruz, and
Lake Tahoe. I can prove that I am a responsible and reliable swapper. I would
be open to any offer- both near or far. As an educator, I have lots of time off.

Il y a des arrêts d'autobus dans le secteur qui peut vous porter à beaucoup de grandes taches et il y a un système local de souterrain appelé BART qui peut vous porter à la ville en environ 15 minutes. La promenade au BART est environ 15 - 20 minutes ou un tour d'autobus loin. Des jours de la semaine, il y a un arrêt d'autobus pour un autobus qui permute directement au centre de la ville de San Francisco. Une promenade de 15 minutes dans quelques directions vous portera aux cafés, aux magasins, et aux cafés.
Oakland du centre n'est pas parti lointain et le lac voisin Merrit est un grand endroit à flâner aussi.
